Can't praise the staff enough, had a problem with a wheel bearing hub, with out questions they sent it back and got the manufacturing company to sort the part under warranty, absolutely outstanding service, will definitely be back.

Fantastic Customer Service ! I brought my bike in for a service , the team were great. after review they suggested I didn't need the full service which was very honest of them, they replaced the parts that were worn out (After calling me to tell me and inform me of the cost so there were no surprises). Great work fast turn around and all with a smile ! :-)

Got my bike serviced here for its first ever service, they were quick and very thorough, the bike feels the best it ever has, its like riding a new bike. Customer service was top standard and the price was reasonable. Will be going back for future services and would recommend to anyone

We were due to catch the evening ferry to France when I realised at the last minute that my partner's chain was jumping whenever she changed gear, and her front brakes were grinding (worn brake pads). Called round to Bike Cellar expecting that I'd have to make an appointment for when we returned from holiday. However, advised to leave the bike with them and they would attempt to complete the work that day. Collected the bike later that afternoon, with new front pads and gearing fixed. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you.

Possibly the nicest bike shop in the world!Tired and hungry I arrived in Plymouth from Exeter. My trusty electric assist had run out 8 miles ago and I had a ferry to catch in a couple of hours. So my bike desperately needed charging. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful - sorting my bike out with a couple of hours charging, finding a safe place to store my panniers and pointing me in the direction of tea and cake. If you need anything from a simple repair to a new bike there can’t be a better place in Plymouth than The Bike Cellar.

Popped in to look at a Trek bike for my son, explained that it was more of a fact finding visit and would also try other shops before making a purchase. The staff went above and beyond and come the end of the day we went back to The Bike Cellar and purchased a bike from them.
Highly recommended and I'll keep going back there now.

Had problems with my rear wheel on my e bike ,they picked it up, serviced it replaced the wheel, did a great job working a lot better ???? very helpful and friendly and HM forces discount, would use again
