Terms and Conditions

After placing a reservation online, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to The Bike Cellar to reserve goods in store. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and will be confirmed by sending a secondary email.The contract between you and The Bike Cellar will only be formed when we send you a confirmation email.

The contract will relate only to those Goods we have confirmed in the confirmation of reservation email. 

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

1. We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered;
2. One or more of the Goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers, or we have reason to suspect that there is a risk of a fraudulent transaction.

If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by email.

Our website team here at The Bike Cellar works hard to create the images and descriptions featured on our site and every effort is made to be as accurate as possible.

Published product details, specifications and suitability information are the best available at the time. 

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.

We will do our best to get all orders ready for collection as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the time taken to prepare product for collection.You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the Goods to you by us. Nothing said by any salesperson on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representative about the nature or quality of any Goods offered for sale by us. We shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
